Welcome to Wild at Heart Travel + Retreats (the “Site”), operated by Lori Strohl (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, digital products, coaching services, and retreat-related offerings. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services Overview

Wild at Heart Travel +  Retreats offers:

• DIY digital guides and planning tools for personal, partner, and small group wellness retreats.
   
• Retreat planning services for wellness leaders, coaches, and corporate teams.
   
• VIP “Done-With-You” and “Done-For-You” retreat packages.
   
• Coaching services for retreat hosts and wellness professionals.
  

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site and our services for lawful and respectful purposes only. You may not:

• Use this Site to commit or promote illegal activity.
   
• Share, resell, or distribute our proprietary digital materials without permission.
   
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
   

3. Intellectual Property

All materials—including downloadable guides, templates, course content, branding, and graphics—are the intellectual property of Wild at Heart Retreats and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, limited license for personal or professional use as outlined in the product description. Sharing content outside your business/team or repurposing it for resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchases +  Refund Policy

All sales of digital products, courses, and planning templates are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds.

Coaching sessions and VIP retreat services may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Refund eligibility for planning services will be outlined in your signed service agreement or client contract.

5. Coaching + Strategy Sessions

All advice provided during 1:1 sessions, coaching calls, or VIP planning sessions is based on experience and best practices. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your implementation and follow-through.

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a client relationship if communication becomes abusive, unproductive, or violates these Terms.

6. Retreat Participation + Liability

If you book a retreat (hosted or self-guided) through Wild at Heart Retreats, you acknowledge that participation in physical activities (e.g., yoga, hiking, fitness, water sports) carries inherent risks. By booking, you assume full responsibility for your own safety, health, and well-being and agree to sign any applicable liability waivers.

We are not liable for injuries, travel disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party service providers (e.g., accommodations, transportation, tour guides).

7. Third-Party Links

We may include affiliate or partner links to travel services, gear, or booking platforms. These links may generate commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content or policies of any external sites.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
